What do you need in order to create renderings?
It’s easy to get started. After purchasing a package just send over the architectural drawings along with the completed form (provided upon purchase) and we will take it from there.
What is the turnaround time?
This depends on the current workload of the studio. For a residential property it could be as little as 24 hrs. For commercial properties please contact customer service.
How will I receive my files?
The renderings are 4K resolution PNG files, the 3D virtual tour is a 2K MP4 file and both are shared via a download link where you can save the files directly. The 360° panorama set is shared via a link which takes you to a site that hosts it.
I have an existing home that I want to renovate can you provide renderings?
Yes, if you provide some measurements along with photos from around the home we can showcase the changes you would like to see.
Can I make any changes to the final product?
Once the 3D model is completed, preliminary images are sent over for review. At that time you can make unlimited changes until you are satisfied and ready to move forward with the finals. Once the finals are complete and sent over there can be no further changes without an additional charge.
Do you do interior renderings?
Unfortunately at this time we do not provide interior renderings but there are plans to offer that service in the future.
